Welcome to Dutch Bros. This page explains, in plain words, what information this website collects when you visit, how it is used, and what choices you have. By using this website, you agree to this policy.
A quick note about who we are: this is an independent, unofficial menu guide made for fans. We are not Dutch Bros, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Dutch Bros. Prices and nutrition figures on this site are collected from public sources and may differ at your local stand.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you contact us — for example by email or through a contact form — we receive what you send us, such as your name, your email address and the contents of your message. We only use it to reply to you.
Information collected automatically. When you open a page, our servers and tools record basic technical details on their own: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visited, the time of your visit and the page you came from. This is standard for almost every website, and it helps us understand which pages readers actually use.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to run and improve this website: to keep it working and secure, to see which menu pages are popular, to fix mistakes in prices or other content, and to answer messages you send us. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. This site uses cookies for three things: (1) essential cookies that help the site load and work properly; (2) analytics cookies that count visits and show us which pages are read most; and (3) advertising cookies, explained in the next section. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you turn cookies off, some parts of the site may not work as smoothly, but the menu pages will still open.
Google AdSense and Advertising
This website may show advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of the advertising cookie (known as the DoubleClick DART cookie) lets Google and its partners show you ads based on your visits to sites across the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), and you can opt out of many third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. Our advertising partners each have their own privacy policies for the cookies they place, and we have no control over cookies placed by advertisers.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how readers use the site — for example, which drink pages are viewed most and how long a page is read. Google Analytics uses cookies and sends usage data to Google. You can stop this by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Log Files
Like most websites, we keep standard log files. These record IP addresses, browser types, internet service providers, date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and the number of clicks. This data is not linked to information that identifies you personally; we use it to manage the site and to spot trends.
Third-Party Links
Our pages link to other websites, such as the official Dutch Bros website and social media pages. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies — the other site’s privacy policy does. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites, so it is worth reading their policies if you share information there.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including using secure hosting and keeping our software updated. No method of sending or storing data on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or limit how it is used. To make a request, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will respond within a reasonable time.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. California residents can contact us to exercise these rights, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
GDPR Data Protection Rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Children’s Privacy
This website is written for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Data Retention
We keep contact messages and technical logs only for as long as we need them for the purposes described above, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new feature or when the law changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a fresh “last updated” date at the top.
